A Congregational Meeting has been called for Sunday, December 11th, after the evening worship service, for the purpose of voting on nominees for the office of ruling elder. There will be a fellowship dinner following the meeting.

Ruling elder nominees are:  Mr. Greg Adams, Mr. Brian Kyles, Mr. Scott McClymonds, and Mr. Dan Schwieder.

According to the PCA’s Book of Church Order, all communing members in good and regular standing, but no others, are entitled to vote in the election of church officers in the churches to which they respectively belong. A majority vote of those present is required for election. You may vote yes or no for each man. Paper ballots will be distributed at the meeting, and only those communing members present at the meeting may vote. The vote will be private/anonymous.
