Nursery Volunteer Guidelines:
The nursery needs to be staffed by two adult “teachers” each week. The second teacher can be a non-member as described below. Also, with the growing number of children in the nursery, a third “helper” is also needed each week. See below for specifics.

• The primary teacher must be a female and an adult member of Redeemer. Only females are allowed to change diapers and do bathroom visits with children.
• The second teacher can be male or female but must meet one of the following criteria: Adult member OR adult non-member OR teenage member (13+ year old).  Non-members must be a regular attender for at least 1 year and pre-approved by the pastor. Again, only females are allowed to change diapers and do bathroom visits with children. Email or talk with Ted, then sign up.
• A third “helper” can be a responsible teen or pre-teen who is there to help the teachers. Our teen helpers are not to replace our two teachers but to be an additional help. If you are a parent of a teenager that would like to be added to the helper list, please email Kim Cornett or speak to her on Sunday. We will attempt to rotate through the list (on an informal basis) to make sure everyone gets a turn.
